
Hi,dudes,
this weekend,we took to the sea and see the most beautiful limpid water,and even some beautiful stones form such clear sea water.when i stand on the stone and sea the clean, splendid blue sky and enjoy the blue sea and winds from the sea level, all these things make me feel so happy and health.
so, i began do a simple fitness movement standing on the stone like i often did at home.This workout movement is very easy and very useful to your legs and butt.Take turns between your legs.And attend to keep your back is parallel to the surface of the earth.Keep this movement up to 12 to 15 seconds,then alternate your another leg.this exercise movement need at least 4 reps.so you can get more health benefits from it.hold on to several weeks, you can get more.you will find your thigh and buttocks become stronger than before.
